March 2021 Beauty Must-Haves

If you know me, you know I spend an exorbitant amount of time perusing beauty shops and testing out new products. I'll admit that I have a bit of an addiction when it comes to treating myself to new beauty items and this addiction has only been enunciated during the Covid-19 pandemic. Since I spend [...]

The Majestic City of Ronda in 24 Hours

The Majestic City of Ronda in 24 Hours

I have been to many spectacular places in my lifetime, but I don’t think I’ve been anywhere quite as fantastical as Ronda, Spain. Situated among the dramatic cliffs of the El Tajo Gorge, Ronda is a small city with a deep history, a plethora of restaurants and shops, a quaint charm, and storybook views that [...]

Sherry Tasting at Bodega Osborne

Sherry Tasting at Bodega Osborne

Just like champagne can only be classified as such if it comes from the Champagne region of France, sherry can only come from a small region called the Sherry Triangle in southern Spain. Lucky for my husband and I, we live just outside of this triangle and we were able to get our first taste [...]

Life Update : We Moved to Spain

When your husband (boyfriend at the time) randomly calls your phone one day and asks “Hey, do you want to move to Europe?” there is only one appropriate answer. And now, about a year later, I’m settling into my new life in Rota, Spain. While I certainly wasn’t planning on a worldwide pandemic to be [...]

Apple Picking In Georgia, USA

Apple Picking In Georgia, USA

It may be hard to imagine the scent of rotting apples to be romantic, but when you picture their tart aroma in conjunction to endless hillside trees, a crisp fall breeze, and the joyful spirit of an apple orchard, it becomes just that. Apple picking has been a whimsical fall activity that I’ve been wanting [...]

I have an addiction to trying and testing out new beauty products, so I figured that I would start sharing some of my new favorite recommendations every month ✨ Check out my blog for links to shop, or just take a look at my most recent reel for a quick peek 👀👄
It was a good day for some self love 🌞💕
I’m kind of in love with Seville. The city is absolutely rich with culture, lively, and clean. I’m so happy that it’s so close to where I now live. I can’t wait to spend more time here ☺️ Last night we found a swanky rooftop restaurant that was delicious and the best part was that we mostly had it all to ourselves 😉 I hope everyone had a great start to the new year!
This year was definitely hard, and that’s putting it lightly. However, I just want to focus on the good and Ja and I have so much to be grateful for. Getting engaged, married, and moving across the globe has been a wild ride, but there is no one else I’d rather do it with. 💕
“Gratitude, awe, and bewilderment all mixed together and presented themselves as a contented smile on my face while my eyes fluttered over the ancient bridge, whimsical valley, and dark depths of the 120-meter gorge below. I felt as if I were in a million-dollar painting” // an excerpt from my most recent blog post detailing my short trip to Ronda over the weekend. It truly was unlike anywhere I’ve ever been. Link in bio if you’re interested in more pics and details! 🤎
If I could do this charming morning walk everyday, I would 😌 This path was nestled on the bottom of a cliff where the remains of medieval fortress walls towered high over our heads on our left and boasted rolling farmland dotted with olive trees on our right. The path lead us right to the location of an 800-year-old bathhouse that gave us a little insight into life here in the 12th century, AND I got to see the remains of an aqueduct for the first time, which I was stoked about 😂
